The Heart Nebula (IC 1805)

The Heart Nebula is an emission nebula located at an approximate distance of 7,500 light years from Earth, in the constellation Cassiopeia. It is a part of a pair known as the Heart and Soul with the neighbouring Soul Nebula. The nebula's glow comes from Melotte 15, a small open cluster of stars in the middle. Image taken with the ALP-T filter, with total integration time of 125 minutes.
